This two-part introduction gives you the chance to see if my approach is the right fit — not only in terms of training style, but also your personality, lifestyle, goals, and schedule. As part of your wellness and healthcare team, my goal is to help you create sustainable, long-term change.
During our consultation, we’ll talk about your goals, current routines, movement history, and any barriers you’ve faced. I’ll take the time to understand your needs and preferences, and together we’ll outline realistic next steps toward your personal fitness and wellness vision. In the second session, you’ll experience a personalized sample workout — a chance to move, learn, and get a feel for my coaching style in action.

Traditional personalized training programs and individualized support. Programming tailored entirely to your goals, schedule and personal needs. A digital program template, weekly Fit-Friday check-in and a monthly consultation (30 minutes) are included with all active training programs.

Closed group training. Train privately with friends, family, coworkers or team mates. Personalized programming for each group member, community accountability and group challenges. Minimum 2 participants up to a maximum 8 participants.
A digital program template, weekly Fit-Friday check-in and a monthly consultation (15 minutes) are included with all training programs.
Group members should ideally have similar goals, but not necessarily at the same fitness level.

VIRTUAL Open format Group Strength and Power training for all goals, levels and ages (18+).
7 weekly sessions available for all levels and goals. Every month, we have a new focus with weekly progressions throughout the month (4-week cycle).
Weekly Check-ins are available while actively training.
