Hi, I’m Adrianna!
I’ve been creating art for as long as I can remember—my first brushstrokes were made from a highchair. That same curiosity and love for creative expression has followed me across Canada, through places like Barrie, Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary, and Nanaimo, before finding my home in Port Alberni in 2021. Along the way, I’ve explored many paths—studying Fine Arts briefly at the University of Ottawa, diving deep into personal training, and working as a paint sales rep for Sherwin-Williams—each one shaping how I see the world.
Whether I’m holding a paintbrush or a kettlebell, my passion is the same: to explore, learn, and share what I’ve discovered. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself not just to art, but also to studying movement, nutrition, and both mental and spiritual growth. I believe that real strength—whether physical or creative—starts with understanding yourself.
In my art, I work from my cozy home studio or back deck (with my cats nearby), painting everything from volcanoes to surreal landscapes to dreamlike scenes. Mostly recently, my call to teaching has led me to host playful, no-pressure watercolour workshops!
In fitness, I meet clients exactly where they are, helping them build personalized programs that fit their bodies, lifestyles, and goals. Whether it’s guiding a brush across paper or showing someone how to move with confidence, I aim to create a space where growth feels exciting, connection feels natural, and progress feels possible.
I’m committed to keeping both art and fitness affordable, accessible, and full of joy—because progress isn’t linear, in the studio or in the gym. It’s built through curiosity, consistency, resilience, and showing up for yourself, again and again.
